Be Your Own Body Guard

Introduction

Be your own bodyguard

Nobody needs telling that we live in dangerous times. We as a society are becoming desensitized to the cries of the victims and over-governed in our approach to the criminals. Good, impartial advice is hard to come by, and the people giving it are all too often marginalised by the media, the government or public perception. Be Your Own Bodyguard takes the best advice available and provides it in a manner that is easy to understand.

Parties are held in two stages:

  • Stage 1: This is a 'party' held in a home environment, led by Certified Trainers and consists of the non-physical aspect of the Course
  • Stage 2: This is held in the local approved martial arts facility and complements the first stage with techniques and demonstrations performed by professional instructors.

The course can be delivered during a 2 hour party in a home environment. The format of the course is recommended below, and Certified Trainers should not deviate from this without first seeking advice from their Mentor.
