The Realistic Self Defence Association was established to provide a variety of martial arts training programmes, which incorporate both physical and non-physical skills. The association provide a unique blend of both traditional martial arts and modern day training programmes, which are specifically tailored towards the respective student.
We successfully operate classes within our academy for students from 5 years forward. Each programme is taught with the student's development in mind, and the content of the programme is tailored to the student's abilities both physically and mentally.
The RSDA specialise in designing and implementing programmes for groups and organisations, which include, the Police, Army, and Prison personnel.
Our Life Skills for children programme has been installed into local able bodied and disabled schools and continues to positively affect the lives of children from all over the Buckingham area.
